We can design a sign of any type to your specifications, or work with your existing design sketch or files.

Custom Artwork Charges
- Customer-supplied artwork/logos must be provided electronically in .PDF, .EPS, or .JPG format.
- JPG files are acceptable if they are high resolution
- Price is to import and set up file for reproduction
- Clean-up or recreating artwork due to poor quality is additional
- Imported files will be reviewed and discussed with customer prior to any required clean-up being performed
- Clean black and white *camera ready* artwork is acceptable for basic designs.
- Clean-up fees still apply if overall quality is poor.
- Business cards, letterheads, patches, etc... *are not* acceptable form of reproducable artwork.

$80.00 per hour - Recreate artwork/create new logo
Customer assumes full responsibility for finished signs if supplied artwork is not high resolution or cleaned up.
Design Disclaimer
Occasionally a customer will only be interested in the lowest price and will take our design and "shop it around”. This is unfair to us and we will always create our own designs to protect other sign company’s hard work. Our designs are based on each customer’s needs and requests and every attempt is made to keep them original.
Because of the time and effort we invest in the design process, the following terms and conditions apply to all custom designs:
- All sketches, designs and artwork created and supplied by Baer’s Sign Service, LLC remain the sole and complete property of said sign company and may not be used or reproduced in any manner without written permission or an outright purchase to the design rights. Purchase of a sign with a custom design is for use on the sign only. The concept and development of the custom image or logo is not included in the production of the sign and remain the property of Baer’s Sign Service, LLC and may not be used in any other form until a logo design fee has been received. When the design has been purchased, an electronic version shall be supplied to the customer in several file formats. Additional copies will be supplied as needed for a predetermined cost.
- The initial design is supplied with a quote at no charge. The customer is permitted one change to this design at no charge. Additional changes will be welcomed and gladly made, but a fee will be added to cover our time. When the final design has been accepted, a price will be provided for its outright purchase, whether you choose to have us make the sign or not.
